Laura & Evan scored the absolute perfect day in paradise to Celebrate their Marriage at the amazing Fins Plantation House!! One of my fav Tweed Coast Wedding venues, with all that vista into the hinterland, the fine service, epic food and wicked cocktails!! All just 10 mins from the beaches of Kingscliff, this truly is God's Country! Laura and Evan had waited a fair few moons more than they'd initially expected, thanks to Covid Postponements and they even had a very special 'extra' guest in their gorgeous Son. A bonus of waiting. This ceremony had all the feels, we celebrated family and had the parents come and join in the ceremony. A 'joining of families' where we ask the parents if they welcome their son or daughter's partner into their lives. As you can see in the photos below, we had a lot of fun in the ceremony, there were happy tears and the vibes from the crowd were next level!! I'm sure it was an epic party that night and I felt so honoured to be the lucky Celebrant to hold the space in this sophisticated experience. This wedding is exactly why more couples should get married in May, it's such a sublime time of year to get Married!! The sun sets earlier and more to the north, the temperature is right on point and it's all pretty heavenly! Did I say how much I love making Married humans at Fin Plantation House....?!!
