Laura & Courtney celebrated their love with their UK & Aussie VIP's in the epic paradise of Altitude 261. Located 20 minutes NW of Byron Bay, this hinterland property is really divine & perfect for intimate Wedding celebrations. Although this Same Sex marriage is not legally recognised in Australia "yet", this day was a celebration of all things that is granted to others in Australia. This was indeed the celebration of their deep soul connection. Just so you know, I'm a huge advocate of Marriage Equality and can't wait till the day that this right is granted to all citizens of this country.
Our 2 lovebirds crossed paths in a bar in London, Laura was the travelling Aussie & Courtney the local. Kylie Minogue anthems were blaring as half naked men danced around in the nightclub. Their friends played match maker, Courtney bought the 1st drink and so began their love story. They woud grow roots in London but Laura had to return to Australia, Courtney soon ventured down to paradise to check out her potential home in Sydney. The vibes were excellent and 1 year later after another trip to London they would merge their wardrobes in Sydney. It would be West of the city that Courtney would take Laura for a romantic stay in the Blue Mountains, in a heritage listed building with a fire blazing on a cold and wet evening. She would lead her upstairs to a room which had a load of tea candles spelling out the word LOVE, a ring was produced - romance factor 5000!!! Laura followed up with her own proposal down on The Rocks a couple of months later.
Their 30 VIP's cheered, laughed and cried in their super unique ceremony and yes, Love was the winner on this day!!
